Global MIUI 12.5 (Android 11) update for Redmi Note 8 Pro (Begonia) - V12.5.1.0.RGGMIXM

 The Global version of the latest MIUI 12.5 by Xiaomi is now available for users of the Redmi Note 8 Pro (Code Name: Begonia). This new update doesn't just come with Xiaomi's latest MIUI 12.5 custom Android skin, but also with a new version of Android.

The latest Global stable MIUI 12.5 for Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro comes with the build version number V12.5.1.0.RGGMIXM and it is based on Google's Android 11 operating system. The update also comes with the July 2021 Android security patch as well as all the new features from MIUI 12.5.

How to Manually check for MIUI 12.5 OTA update on all Xiaomi / Redmi /Poco Smartphones

• Go to settings.
• Tap on About phone >> Software Update
  

• Tap on the MIUI 11 Logo in the middle of the screen 10 times.
• After that, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap on update settings and turn on Receive updates early.
  

• After that, Go back and tap on Check for updates.
  

• If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
