 The Xiaomi Redmi 9c NFC (codename: Angelican) is a slightly trimmed down version of the already entry level Redmi 9 (Codename: Angelica). Even though both devices have the same 6.53-inch LCD display, the Redmi 9C has a slightly lower resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a pixel density of 269 ppi.

The Redmi 9C NFC is also powered by Mediatek Helio G35 chipset coupled with a maximum of 3GB RAM and 64GB expandable internal storage. Xiaomi has just started rolling out a new MIUI 12 based update for users of the Redmi 9C NFC in Europe.

The latest Europe (EEA) stable MIUI 12 for Redmi 9C NFC comes with the build version number V12.0.8.0.QCSEUXM. The new update is based on the Google Android 10 and it comes with the May 2021 Android security patch.

How to Manually check for MIUI 12 OTA update on your Xiaomi phone

• Go to settings.
• Tap on About phone >> Software Update
  

• Tap on the MIUI 11 Logo in the middle of the screen 10 times.
• After that, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap on update settings and turn on Receive updates early.
  

• After that, Go back and tap on Check for updates.
  

• If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
