Download Global stable MIUI 12 (Android 10) for Xiaomi Redmi 9C NFC (Angelican) [V12.0.5.0.QCSMIXM]

Update - 17, June 2021: Another MIUI 12 Android 10 based update is now available for Redmi 9C global users with a build version number V12.0.8.0.QCSMIXM, and it also includes May 2021 Android security patch.

A new Global stable MIUI 12 update for the Xiaomi Redmi 9C NFC has just been released with the build version number V12.0.5.0.QCSMIXM. This update is based on Google Android 10 and it comes with the December 2020 Android security patch.

While some smartphones are still stuck on last year's MIUI 11, the entry level Xiaomi Redmi 9c NFC (Codename: Angelican) is getting yet again another Android 10 based MIUI 12 update with some updated security changes.

The Redmi 9c NFC was launched just a few months ago, so it was based on the latest MIUI 12 with Android 10 OS out of the box. This new MIUI 12 update comes with a build version number V12.0.5.0.QCSMIXM and it includes the latest December 2020 Android security patch.

How to Manually check for MIUI 12 OTA update on your Xiaomi phone

• Go to settings.
• Tap on About phone >> Software Update
  

• Tap on the MIUI 11 Logo in the middle of the screen 10 times.
• After that, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap on update settings and turn on Receive updates early.
  

• After that, Go back and tap on Check for updates.
  

• If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
