Update - 16, May 2021: A new MIUI 12 is now available for the global users of the Poco X3 Surya. This new version has the build number V12.0.8.0.QJGMIXM and it includes the May 2021 Android security patch.

Update 01 March 2021: A new Global stable MIUI 12 based update has just started rolling out for the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC with the build version number V12.0.8.0.QJGMIXM. This new update includes a couple of new changes as well as an updated Android security patch.

Update: 29/12/20: A new update has just started rolling out with the build version number V12.0.7.0.QJGMIXM. It comes with an updated November 2020 Android security patch. 

A new Android security patch as well a couple of bug fixes has been included in the latest Global stable MIUI 12 update for the Poco X3 NFC. As usual, the update has already started rolling out to a couple of Poco X3 NFC users, while others are expected to receive the update in the coming days.

The Global stable MIUI 12 for the Poco X3 NFC has just been updated with the build version number V12.0.4.0.QJGMIXM. this update comes with the October 2002 Android security patch as well as a couple of bug fixes.

How to Manually check for MIUI 12 OTA update on your Xiaomi phone

  • Go to settings.
  • Tap on About phone >> Software Update
  • Tap on the MIUI 11 Logo in the middle of the screen 10 times.
  • After that, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
  • Tap on update settings and turn on Receive updates early.
  • After that, Go back and tap on Check for updates.
  • If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
