Russia stable MIUI 12 update for Redmi Note 8 Pro (Begonia) [V12.0.5.0.QGGRUXM]

 A new MIUI 12 update has now started rolling out for Redmi Note 8 Pro (Codename:  Begonia) users in Russia. This is the MIUI version 12.0.5.0 with a couple of bug fixes and improvements. Roll out has already kicked off and it is expected to get to all users in the coming days.

The latest Russia stable MIUI 12 update for Redmi Note 8 Pro is still based on the same Google Android 10 and it comes with the software version number V12.0.5.0.QGGRUXM. This new update is still a beta stable roll out. This means only a few random users (mainly beta testers) will receive this update. 

If you are not a beta tester and you haven't received the update yet, then you can either wait for the public stable release or follow the instructions at the end of this post on how to manually install the update. Download link for both the recovery and OTA version of the MIUI 12 ROM for Redmi Note 8 Pro have also been included below.

How to Manually check for MIUI 12 OTA update on your Xiaomi phone

• Go to settings.
• Tap on About phone >> Software Update
  

• Tap on the MIUI 11 Logo in the middle of the screen 10 times.
• After that, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap on update settings and turn on Receive updates early.
  

• After that, Go back and tap on Check for updates.
  

• If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
