Download EEA (Europe) Stable Android 10 update for Redmi 8 (Olive) [MIUI V11.0.1.0.QCNEUXM]

Even though Xiaomi has already kicked off the roll out of the MIUI 12 update, some devices are yet to receive this update and this includes the Redmi 8. The good news however is that the Android 10 update for the Redmi 8 is already rolling out and it is based on last year's MIUI 11.

The Redmi 8 was launched last year with MIUI 11 based on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box.The new Android 10 update is the first major update for the device. This is the Europe (EEA) stable MIUI V11.0.1.0.QCNEUXM. Aside packing the new Android 10, it also features the new August 2020 Google Android security patch.

How to Manually check for Android 10 OTA update on your Redmi 8
Not all Redmi 8 users are getting the Android 10 based MIUI 11 update yet. You can however still check to know if the update is available for your own device yet by following the instruction below.

• Go to settings.
• Tap on About phone >> System update.
  

• click on Check for updates.
  
• If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
