Download Indonesia Android 10 (MIUI 11) for Redmi 8A (OliveLite) [V11.0.1.0.QCPIDXM]

 The Redmi 8a (Code name: OliveLite) was officially launched towards the ending of last year. The device is powered by the entry level Snapdragon 439 chipset. It also runs on Google's Android 9.0 Pie in form of MIUI 11. Now a new update has started rolling out for the device.

The stable Google Android 10 update is now available for Redmi 8A users in Indonesia. This update is however still wrapped in last year's MIUI 11 as the MIUI 12 update for the Redmi 8A is not yet available. We still don't know when the Indonesia stable MIUI 12 update for the Redmi 8A will be released.

However, this new update will come with an updated Android security patch as well as all the new features that you will get from Android 10 like dark mode, digital well-being, gesture navigation and many more. You can check out the full changelog below.

As with other Xiaomi MIUI update, this update will be rolled out in batches, so all users won't be getting the update at the same time. You can however save yourself the stress of waiting by manually downloading and installing the update from the Links provided below.

How to Manually check for and Install MIUI 11 OTA update on Redmi 8A 

• Go to settings.
• Tap on About phone >> System update.
  

• click on Check for updates.
  
• If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
