Europe (EEA) stable MIUI 12 (Android 10) update for Xiaomi Mi 9 (Cepheus) [V12.0.1.0.QFAEUXM]

Just like with the Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro / Mi 9T Pro, the stable version of the latest Xiaomi MIUI 12 custom Android skin has now started rolling out to all Europe Mi 9 (Codename: Cepheus) users. This update is finally coming out after weeks of beta testing.

The new Europe (EEA) stable MIUI 12 update for MI 9 has the version number V12.0.1.0.QFAEUXM and it is based on Google's Android 10 operating system.It also comes with a couple of new features and improvements like new animation engine, better privacy protection, Super wallpaper, floating windows and many more. Like every other previous updates, only a few random users will first receive the OTA update before it eventually make its way to all users. If you have not received any OTA update yet, then you might need to wait until the update starts rolling out to you or manually install it yourself by following the guide below.

How to Manually check for MIUI 12 OTA update on your Mi 9

• Go to settings.
• Tap on About phone >> System update.
  

• click on Check for updates.
  
• If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
