Xiaomi Mi band 5 to be launched soon with bigger display

The Xiaomi Mi band is the second best selling smart wearing device in the World followed, only overtaken by the Apple watch. This is mainly due to how feature packed and affordable MI bands are. They are very cheap and offers key functionalities like sleep tracker, heart rate monitor, etc.

A couple of weeks ago, Xiaomi launched the Redmi band which is the first wearable fitness device from Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi. Now, there have been multiple reports that Xiaomi is working on a successor to the Mi band 4 which will be called the Mi band 5.

The Mi band 5 is expected to hit the market very soon and thanks to the NCC certification in Taiwan, we now have an idea on what to expect from the next generation of Xiaomi's Mi band. The report claims that the MI band 5 will sport a 1.2-inch OLED display which is actually larger than the screen size of the current Mi band 4.

At the moment, there is no date on when the Mi band 5 will be officially unveiled, but we expect it to be in the coming weeks.
