Redmi to unveil its first fitness band on April 3

The Redmi brand is a sub-brand under the parent company Xiaomi and it was launched early last year to focus mainly on affordable smartphones as well as other electronic devices. Since the launch of the Redmi brand, the company has released a couple of devices like the Redmi Note 7, Redmi 7, Note 8, Note 9, Redmi K20 and a few others.

We have being hearing rumours for quite some time now that Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi is working on an affordable wearable device, and according to a recent teaser from the company, it looks like the report is true and we might be getting the device very soon.

Xiaomi recently released a post on its official Redmi blog which suggests that it will be releasing a new wearable device and the slated date is April 3. The blog post didn't really provide much details but this is expected to be the first fitness band from the company and since it is from Redmi, it will be pretty affordable.

We still have to wait until tomorrow which is April 3 for the official unveiling of the first fitness band from Redmi.
