Xiaomi officially confirms the Redmi K30 will launch in 2020 with 5G support

The Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro (also known as the Mi 9T Pro) was launched just a few months ago but Xiaomi is already gearing up for the launch of its successor which will be called the Redmi K30 Pro.

We have heard a couple of rumors on what to expect from the upcoming Redmi K30 Pro like the expected launch date, a camera punch-hole camera cutout in the display as well as support for 5G network. Now Xiaomi has just confirmed that the Redmi K30 Pro will be launched next year 2020 and it will support 5G network.

Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing released 2 posts on Weibo where he teased the upcoming Redmi K30 Pro. The non-Pro Redmi K30 is expected to come with dual 5G standby support and it will be powered by Qualcomm 7250 chipset . It is also rumored to come with a dual punch-hole camera setups in the front.
