Download Evolution X 3.1 custom ROM for Redmi Note 7 Pro (Violet) [26-10-2019]

A new version of the official Evolution X custom ROM has just been released for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro (Codename: Violet). The new Evolution X 3.1 custom ROM for Violet is based on the the Google Android 9 Pie. It comes with some newly added features and major improvements.

Evolution X is an Android Open Source Project (AOSP) based custom ROM. The ROM has a very simple design with tons of customization options. It comes pre-installed with Google Apps and Google pixel goodies like the launcher, font, Animations and wallpapers.

• Add support for internal audio recording
• Add toggle to hide nav gesture (in AOSP gestures)
• Add toggle to unlink ring and notification volumes
• Bring back LiveDisplay support (with QS tiles)
• Enable editing lockscreen shortcuts
• Enable navbar inversion toggle
• Implement burn-in protection for status/navbar
• Merge ims improvements from CAF
• Turn on Dev options by default

How to Install:

• Download the ROM, and Magisk from the links below and copy to internal storage.
• Make sure you have Twrp recovery installed or download below
• If you are coming from another ROM, make sure you wipe data, system, and cache
• Flash the latest Evolution X ROM build
• Flash Magisk (Optional) for root access
• Reboot to system
