Pocophone F1 (Poco F1) confirmed to receive the Android Q update

Xiaomi recently released a list of 11 Redmi and MI smartphones that will be getting the Android Q beta update sometime in the future. The list contained devices like the Mi 9, MI Mix 3, to even the recently launched Redmi devices like the Redmi Note 7 and the K20 pro.

One of the most noticeable omission on the list was last year's flagship killer which is the Pocophone F1, a lot of users were concerned if their device will also be getting the Android Q update or not as it didn't make it to the list. So someone decided to put out the question on the Twitter and he got an affirmative response.

A user asked Pocophone's CEO Alvin Tse on twitter if the Android Q will be coming to the Poco F1 and he said yes. This is really a great news for all Poco F1 users as they won't be missing out on the next major Android update. However, there is no information yet on when the update is scheduled to start rolling out, but i guess we will just have to wait to find out.
