Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 will be available in the UK from May 7
Xiaomi is planning on bringing it's budget smartphones to UK market. The company is starting off with it's recently released mid-range device which is the Redmi Note 7 and it's expected to enter the UK on May 7.
Only the 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM variant of the Redmi 7 is expected to make it to the UK on May 7 and it will go for £179. Customers will have to wait a little longer for the other versions.
According to Xiaomi, the 4GB RAM / 64GB ROM and 4GB RAM / 128GB ROM versions of the Redmi Note 7 will be launched few weeks after the launch of the 3GB/32GB version. At the moment, there is no information yet if any UK carrier will be offering it as part of a contract.
The Redmi Note 7 is a mid-range smartphone which is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragron 660 chipset coupled with a 3GB or 4GB RAM and a 32GB, 64GB or 128GB internal storage and it runs on MIUI 10 which is based on the latest Android 9 Pie.
The device sports a
6.3-inch LCD display and it also comes with a pretty large 4,000mAh battery. It has a dual rear camera setup which comprises of a 48MP main camera and a 5MP depth sensor.
